ett av Jackalá's besök i Paraguay. Enligt Dr Gonzales hade Alcalá
uppgivit
att han blivit bestulen på sin plånbok och bett om att få låna 5 000
dollar
som han skulle betala tillbaka så snart han var tillbaka i Stockholm.
- Gonzales återfick inte pengarna och var tvungen att påminna om
återbetalningen. Efter flera telefonsamtal från Gonzales uppgav
Jackal'á att
han ordnat betalningen till Internationella juristkommissionen (ICJ)
och att
summan ingick i en betalning som ICJ gjort till projektet...

om
en utbetalning på 6 000 dollar från Paraguayprojektet till Amnesty för
att
användas i gemensamma kurser i mänskliga rättigheter. Strandberg har
intervjuat Amnestyanställda i Paraguay som bekräftat att de fått
pengarna
"...och att det från Alcalás sida uppgivits att pengarna var att
betrakta
som en personlig gåva från honom".
- Något pågående eller planerat framtida samarbete mellan
juristkommissionens Paraguayprojekt och Swedo Amnesty Bolaget
existerade
inte.

Vapennedläggning och därför ville inte kommittén diskuteras om minsta
bidrag
(oavsett vad den typen av muta betecknas -vapen/pengtransaktioner)
genom
medlöpare...osv... JUDISKA VÄRLDSORGANISONERNA VAR ÖVERENS om ATT KÖPA
PKK,
(inte förvandlas åtminstone till en version av DDKD som vi kvarlevande
medlemmarna lyckats organiseras igen här i Nacka som Kurdinfo) hur som

och vad som det kostar i syftet om att STÖRTA BÅDE TURKARNAS-o.

för att "besöket-Syria" misslyckades och de lovade pengarna har inte
kommit from den ockuperade judiska makten i Palestina...
Arne Ruth var en av redaktionscehefer i Dagens Nyheter som senare
blivit
osams med Bonniers-gänget, lämnat båten blivit "gästprofessur" i den
journalist högskolan. Anna Dahlbäck blev doktorand i Uppsala
universitet,
vilket styrs av judar som var efterlysta p.g.a. stöld och plundring av
de
drabbades förmögen i Andra Värlskrigets Europa, därför flyttat sådana
förfalskningsmäastartjuvar till Sverige. Ni vet svenska oligarkiska

högra hand. När hon en dag i januari år 2000 gick igenom en pärm med

Dahlbäck

Jesus Alcala. Hon berättade att hon fått i uppdrag att bringa litet
ordning
bland räkenskaperna hos svenska avdelningen av Internationella
juristkommissionen. Där föll hennes ögon på kvitton från två
middagarhon
själv hade ätit med Jesus Alcala och som han hade bjudit henne på. Men
i
kvittopärmen hittade hon (Anna Dahlbäck) dessa resor betalda av
Juristkommissionen. Alcala hade under den tid (då den Schakal var
svenska
Amnestybolagets chef och Anna var hans medlöpare -höger hand där och
kära
"room-mate" under resor- ) då de två samarbetade kommit med
uppgifter
om sin (Alcalas) rika familj i Spanien och sin farfar presidenten (en
av
Francos fascistiska generaler) sin professur i Zurich (förfalskade
jurist
titel liksom hans advokat den polsk-judiska lögnaren Leif Sillberskys
förutköpta betygskandal), sina resor bland annat med Günther Wallraff i
Turkiet (för att Syrien garanterade deras liv hos de
fredsförhandlargruppen
av turkiska halv-militärdelen dåtiden, annars skulle det uppmärksamma
omvärldens massmedien om den lobbyn skulle komma direkt från
exempelvis Tel
Aviv eller Lebanons judekontrollerade delen) för att möta Öcalan
(ledaren av
kurdiska frihetskämpe arbetarpartiet PKK, som var väldigt mäktig i
Mellanöstern dåtiden men insisterade om 2. Vapenvilan) . MEN... passa
på,
det är ett stort BUT... Det var först den där dagen med kvittopärmen
i
Juristkommissionens dåtidens kontor i Gamla Stan (vid Utrikesinstitutet
i
Sveriges huvudstad som spelat centralt roll... Liknande handlingar
uppgörs
ibland å ett annat kontor... Det andra kontoret på en ö heter
Skeppsholmen,
vilket bedrivs låtsas vara "det kurdiska biblioteket" som styrs av
(f.d.
muslim i Kurdistan, kristen i Syrien och nybliven sion-organistör i
Stockholms synagog och Uppsala universitets gäst föreläsare Nedim
Dagdrivaren... Den typen är en reserv Jesus Jackal'a, spelar sin roll
som
neo-judiska kurdarnas arrangör, men Anna Dahlbäck plötsligt började
tvivla
på honom... ... Men Dahlbäck förhindrades i flera år... Pengar
delningsbråket blev sista dropp av komplott i denna
lobbyverksamheten...
Ett par veckor senare polisanmälde Juristkommissionens tjejmedlem som
var i
Paraguay-gruppen, heter Michaela SJÖGREN, endast denne som orkat anmäla
den
judiska maffioso lobbynschefen Alcala. (Niklas Ekdal förvånar varför
inte
anmälts både SIDA, ICJ, Amnesty bolaget och andra inblandade jäviga
komissionerer osv.

vittnade också en dataexpert om det förfalskade rättsutlåtande som
påstås
vara skrivet av straffprofessorn Suzanne Wennberg.

Jesus Alcala ha fått rättsutlåtandet sig tillsänt som e-post, så som

själv hävdar. Enligt åklagarens uppfattning däremot har Alcala själv
framställt utlåtandet i sin dator. Rättsutlåtandet finns i flera

lanserades talangful frilansare "frilansademasturbationen" och
välkomnades
alltid som kolumnist även av de andra propagandversamheters sidor
bl.a.
Judisk Krönika, Menorah, Expressen, Jusek, ICJ charlatanernas
periodiker
osv. När den skiten började stinka glömdes bort vänskapet, började de
största tjuvarna anmäla och smutskasta den utkastade råttan...
Rättegångspelet slutade som även imbeciller kan gissa på skrattretande
sätt
som skulle bara ses i dramateatern och åklagaren visat massor av säkra
bevis
av tusentalssidiga pärmar som handlar om operationen av mystiska
pengarutdelningen, som självkalt inte kommit fram i den svenska
massmedien.
På mågot sätt liknar det till andra tjuven Örebroborgmästaren Sigvard
Marjasin-fallet, den kända judiska kvittoklipparen. Omvärlden lurades i
den
liknande skandalen i Örebro och brottslingen befriades där som också
frösvarats av lobbyverksamhgetens främsta professionella lögnmästaren
Sillbergsko.

Ordinary people are the main victims of the tragic conflict that has
unfolded here over the past eighteen months. Day after day the news is
of
people killed, or maimed for life, and of homes and livelihoods
destroyed.
Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and the International
Commission
of Jurists want to send a clear, unambiguous message to all parties
to
this conflict, and to the international community. Stop the deliberate
targeting of civilians and other persons protected by international
humanitarian law. Stop actions that harm them. Immediately deploy
international monitors to protect the human rights of Palestinians and
Jews.
As a fully-fledged State and as an Occupying Power, Israel has
clear
obligations under international law, and in particular under the Fourth
Geneva Convention. This Convention provides for security measures that
can
be taken to protect itself, but these do not include the excesses now
undertaken by the Israeli government. We strongly deplore actions by
the
state of Israel that harm persons protected by international
humanitarian
law. These include prolonged curfews with severe restrictions on the
movement of people and access for medical personnel; intensified
collective
punishments; wanton damage to homes, cars and civilian property;
looting and
theft in the course of searches; and the coerced use of civilians to
assist
military operations. Such actions violate international standards and
transcend any justification of military necessity. The Israel
Defense
Forces (IDF) has recently declared whole areas, such as Ramallah and
Bethlehem, closed military zones, and impeded the entrance of outside
observers, including journalists, human rights activists, government
officials, United Nations representatives, and the International
Committee
of the Red Cross. The IDF has forcibly entered and ransacked the
offices of
human rights organizations such as al Haq and LAW. Both Palestinian and
Israeli organizations have shown great determination in continuing to
work
under these circumstances, but it has been almost impossible to verify
alarming reports about extra judicial executions, "liquidations" of
"wanted"
Palestinians, and use of lethal force against civilians and other
persons
protected by the Geneva Conventions. As a result of the IDF military
operations, hundreds of Palestinians have been arrested. The identities
and
whereabouts of detainees are not known, and the ICRC has not been
allowed
access to them, raising concerns about their conditions and treatment.
Several released Palestinians have reported that, depending on the IDF
unit
guarding them, prisoners were at times beaten. In entire cities and
towns,
ambulances and emergency medical services have ground to a halt.
Medical
workers and ambulances have been fired upon. The wounded have been
denied
access to medical treatment; Palestinians have been killed attempting
to
reach hospitals for routine medical care. Such abuses raise not simply
humanitarian issues: they are serious violations of international
humanitarian law. Even in the face of this situation, we are appalled
by an
increase in the use of suicide bombers by armed Palestinian groups to
attack
Israeli civilians. Such deliberate attacks on civilians are absolutely
prohibited by international humanitarian law. These actions tarnish the
Palestinian cause and will not at all help the situation -they only
increase
the fear and mistrust of ordinary Israelis as well as adding to the
suffering in the region. Over the past week there have also been
increasing
signs of a breakdown in law and order within Palestinian territories as
well, including the street-killing of alleged collaborators with
Israel.
All these violations must be stopped by those in a position to do so
and
perpetrators must be brought to justice. In the face of such a human
rights crisis, it is time for the international community to act. Our
three
human rights organizations welcome the proposal by Mary Robinson, the
UN
High Commissioner for Human Rights, that the UN Commission on Human
Rights
send an immediate mission to the area. We also repeat our call for
international permanent presence to be dispatched to Israel and the
Occupied
territories to monitor the situation, restore respect for human rights
and
humanitarian law standards and to help protect civilians. The
international
community, and in particular the United States, should exert its utmost
influence to ensure that both the state of Israel and the Palestinian
Authority cooperate with and facilitate the work of these missions. The
presence of international monitors does not absolve the relevant
parties
from their human rights responsibilities or obligations. On the
contrary it
should help enhance them. Ladies and Gentlemen, civilian suffering is
not
inevitable in a time of war or occupation. Ordinary people should never
become the target of those with arms. All our organizations have
witnessed,
documented, and reported a wanton disregard for the right to life over
the
past eighteen months. Such abuse must stop now. Those who commit such
crimes
must cease them. And the international community is morally, and
legally,
obliged to act to ensure respect for such basic humanitarian
principles.

Prosecutor. Osmo Vallo was pronounced dead on 31 May 1995 shortly
after
being arrested by police officers in Karlstad on the night of 30 May.
Eye-witnesses reported that he was kicked by police officers, that a
police
dog bit him multiple times and that an officer stamped on his back as
he lay
prone on the ground handcuffed. Post-mortem examinations revealed 39
wounds
and bruises to his face, arms, legs and body. The opinions expressed
by
four forensic pathologists present at the second post-mortem
examination
about the cause of death differed. Two of them opined that the findings
strongly indicated that the joint effects of alcohol and amphetamine
and of
severe physical exertion had been of determining relevance to the cause
of
death. The other two experts opined that the probable cause of death
could
be postural asphyxia for a person affected by ethanol, amphetamine or
cannabis. In September 1995, the two arresting police officers were
charged
in connection with their failure to control the dog. Charges based on
other
reports of ill-treatment at the time of arrest were not brought. In
April
1996, the officers were convicted of causing bodily injury and fined;
they
remained on duty, although one of them was transferred to another post.
No
disciplinary proceedings were initiated against them.
Based on eye-witnesses' accounts, Amnesty International believes that
the
conduct of the two arresting police officers violated Sweden's treaty
obligations under international law. The organization also considers
that

Five years after the disputed death in police custody of Osmo Vallo,
no
one has been found responsible and held accountable for his treatment,
Amnesty International said today.
''The Swedish authorities have failed to uncover the full
circumstances of
how Osmo Vallo died,'' Amnesty International said. ''Indeed, the many
investigations into the cause of death have only served to obscure the
basic
facts.''
Osmo Vallo died shortly after his arrest on 30 May 1995 -- he was
ill-treated by police officers and bitten by a police dog, and he was
stamped on his back by a police officer as he lay face down on the
ground.
No attempts were made to assist or resuscitate him. Instead, the
police
officers transported him still handcuffed to the hospital. Pathologists
carrying out subsequent post-mortem examinations disagreed on whether
the
police violence and/or positional asphyxia contributed to his death.
''Osmo Vallo's death was not an isolated incident. There is a
pattern
of similar deaths in custody in which the manner of restraint and
excessive
use of force by law enforcement officials may have caused asphyxia,''
Amnesty International said.
''The fact that the Prosecutor General acknowledged, almost five years
after Osmo Vallo's death, that he may have died from being stamped on
his
back by a police officer is a sad indictment of the whole investigation
process.''
''This could indicate the participation of the Swedish authorities in
a
cover-up in order to prevent the full truth from being known,'' the
organization continued.
In closing the investigation into Osmo Vallo's death, the Prosecutor
General acknowledged that there had been flaws in the investigation and
urged, on 30 March, that a further investigation be carried out into
how the
authorities had handled the different aspects of the case.
Amnesty International strongly urges that this investigation be
carried out
by a totally independent body, possibly including experts from other
countries. The organization urges that the investigation should include
the
handling of Osmo Vallo's case by the different authorities, with a view
to
explaining why those responsible for his death have not been brought to
justice, as well as examining the serious allegations of a cover-up.
It should also carry out a more thorough investigation into the other
cases
of deaths in custody since 1992 in order to determine the causes of
death
and the full circumstances of the deaths, which the families have a
right to
know, as well as how these deaths were handled by the authorities
involved.
''The findings of such investigations should be made public and the
investigative body should formulate recommendations to ensure that what
happened in the case of Osmo Vallo could never happen again,'' Amnesty
International said.

carried out thoroughly and impartially. The scene of arrest was cleaned
before detailed forensic testing, and some eyewitnesses were reportedly
asked to keep quiet about what they had seen.
The first post-mortem examination was not carried out properly: it
failed
to take account of the detail of eyewitness statements and thus examine
the
body thoroughly. A thorough examination would have discovered the
broken
ribs and damage to a neck vertebra.
The regional prosecutor failed to question the discrepancies between
the
eyewitness statements and the post-mortem examination; and failed to
bring
prosecutions based on the many eyewitness statements concerning the
police
officers' treatment of Osmo Vallo, which were consistent with the 39
wounds
and bruises found on his body.
The National Board of Forensic Medicine (Rättsmedicinalverket) failed
to
review properly the post-mortem examination, and the Judicial Council
(Rättsliga rådet) of the National Board of Health and Welfare
(Socialstyrelsen) failed to produce an authoritative and impartial
report on
the post-mortem examinations and on international concerns on
positional
asphyxia as a cause of death in police custody in certain
