I have a big house in a very good location in Brussels central, with wooden floors,
high ceilings and a garden with an enourmous glycine. 5 minutes from place
Stéphanie and Luiza metro station and very quiet. Parking is easy for one car, and
there are parking facilities in the neighborhood. The house has a big living of 65
ms on the ground floor. The distibution of spaces, internal and surrounding it,
can be very useful for dance or dance courses, music rehearsals or similar
activities, since neighboring houses will not be disturbed by any music, sound,
speech or noise generated in it, at any time.
