Why Does Suhagra 100 mg Improve Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension Symptoms?
Suhagra 100 mg, which contains Sildenafil Citrate, can improve symptoms of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) by relaxing the blood vessels in the lungs. PAH is a condition where the blood pressure in the arteries of the lungs is abnormally high, making it harder for the heart to pump blood through them. Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, and it works by increasing levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP).
This chemical causes the smooth muscles of the pulmonary blood vessels to relax, resulting in vasodilation (widening of the vessels). As a result, resistance in the pulmonary arteries decreases, and blood flows more easily, reducing the workload on the heart.
This improved circulation enhances oxygen delivery and can reduce symptoms like shortness of breath, fatigue, and dizziness. Though Suhagra 100 is commonly used for erectile dysfunction, the same mechanism makes it useful in managing PAH when prescribed appropriately. However, Suhagra 100 mg is not the typical dose for PAH treatment—lower, controlled doses of Sildenafil (like 20 mg) under the brand Revatio are more commonly prescribed for PAH. Always use under a doctor's supervision.
